When we first considered the Dublin Shopping Center, it wasn’t hard to see why others had passed it by. 

Vacancy. Deferred maintenance. A tired façade. A property that had quietly slipped out of step with the life of the community around it. 

But at Nehemiah Development Company, we’ve learned that places like this often carry something deeper; history, location, and the bones of something worth restoring. 

We didn’t see a failing shopping center. 
We saw a neighborhood asset waiting to be renewed. 

So, we stepped in, purchasing it in September 2023. 

Because building redemptive community often begins this way: seeing potential where others see decline.
