A vision for walkable neighborhoods. Thriving local businesses. Housing opportunities. Public gathering spaces. A renewed sense of place. 

Over the years, that vision has taken shape through The Square, The Station, Dublin Crossing, The Lofts at Town Center, and The Plaza. 

Today, the next chapter is underway. 

Introducing The Grove at Dublin. 

Over the coming weeks, we'll share how years of planning, partnership, infrastructure investment, and community collaboration continue to move Dublin's vision forward. 

Because great communities aren't built all at once. 

They're built one chapter at a time.

When we acquired The Plaza in September 2024, it had quietly fallen out of step with the life of the town around it. 

Vacancy. Deferred maintenance. 

A neighborhood center that others had overlooked. 

But we saw something worth restoring. 

Over the past two years, through careful renovation and thoughtful leasing, The Plaza has been renewed, not reinvented, but restored to serve the community once again.
