Exterior renewal, improved storefronts, new roofs, and a fresh identity. A careful investment in the physical environment. Not to reinvent a shopping center, but to restore what was already there.

This place matters.
These businesses matter.
This community matters.

Today, The Plaza stands renewed, aligned once again with the vitality of the town around it.
