Places change. Businesses grow. Residents arrive. Needs evolve. And the work of caring for a community continues.

For us, long-term stewardship means staying engaged...supporting businesses, caring for properties, activating shared spaces and continuing to listen for what a community needs next.

Dublin Town Center has taught us that creating place is only the beginning.

The real measure is what happens there over time.

Does it remain useful? Does it create opportunity? Does it bring people together? Does it contribute to a community's ability to flourish?

Those are the questions we believe are worth continuing to ask.
