Jenna Ball

Jenna joined Nehemiah Development Company in March 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than a decade of experience in financial leadership across dynamic, growth-oriented companies. She has a strong background in financial operations, audit readiness, forecasting, and budget management, along with hands-on experience supporting executive teams through investor relations and strategic transactions. 

Her career has included exposure to complex deal environments, including audit preparation, financial modeling, and active participation in private equity due diligence processes. Jenna has served as the internal financial point of contact for prospective investors, coordinated with leadership on positioning companies for growth or sale, and helped guide strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis. 

At NDC, Jenna leads all aspects of financial strategy and operations, supporting transparency and alignment with the company’s long-term mission. Her disciplined approach to finance supports Nehemiah’s commitment to responsible investment and community-driven development. 

Jenna lives in Newtown Borough with her husband, David, and their two young children. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and staying engaged in her local community.
