Jenna Ball

Jenna joined Nehemiah Development Company in March 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over a decade of strategic financial leadership to the team. She plays a vital role in advancing NDC’s mission by overseeing financial operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring long-term fiscal sustainability. Known for her ability to manage complex budgets and drive organizational growth, Jenna is committed to upholding financial integrity while supporting our efforts in Building Redemptive Community. 

Before joining NDC, Jenna held senior finance roles across both private and nonprofit sectors, where she led multi-million dollar budgeting initiatives, streamlined reporting systems, and elevated financial transparency. Her expertise in building robust financial frameworks empowers teams and informs sound, mission-aligned decision-making. 

Jenna lives in Newtown Borough with her husband, David, and their two young children. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and staying active in her local community.
