The Square

The Square is a 40,000 sq ft, 2-story, restored factory located in Dublin Town Center. Originally built in the 1930’s for the Dublin Pants Factory it is now home to quality food and drink, boutique shops, health and wellness experts, and commercial office space all under one roof in the heart of Bucks County.

The Station

The Station is a 5,000 sq ft, renovated gas station, built in 1932, that now lives on as a modern food hall and culinary destination! With loads of outdoor seating and garage doors that open to the patio, The Station offers a casual vibe to enjoy with your friends and family.

The Lofts is a 45,000 sq ft, 3-story mixed-use building that includes commercial space, indoor parking and 30 beautiful, luxury apartments that opened in Spring 2022, with boutiques, eateries, and health and wellness services steps from their front door!
