The Square is the flagship adaptive reuse project within Dublin Town Center, where NDC transformed a historic industrial building into a vibrant mixed-use destination in the heart of the community. Through extensive building improvements, thoughtful redevelopment, and strategic tenant curation, NDC repositioned the property as a hub for local dining, retail, wellness, office, and community-oriented businesses. NDC managed every aspect of the project, from acquisition, planning, and redevelopment through leasing, property management, and ongoing operations. The Grove represents NDC's comprehensive approach to residential community development, guiding the project from early visioning and entitlements through site development and construction readiness. NDC has led the planning, zoning, engineering, and approval process while coordinating the installation of critical infrastructure, utilities, roadways, and stormwater management systems necessary to support the neighborhood. With site improvements now in place, the project is positioned for the construction of 53 single-family homes and 14 twin homes, bringing thoughtfully designed housing opportunities to the community. The Grove reflects NDC's expertise in managing complex development projects from initial concept through the creation of fully prepared, build-ready communities.
