The Station
Through adaptive reuse, we transformed a historic 1930s gas station into The Station, a vibrant food and social destination that honors the building's heritage while meeting modern community needs. The renovation preserved the site's unique character while creating flexible gathering spaces, outdoor seating areas, and opportunities for locally owned businesses to thrive. As part of Dublin Town Center's broader revitalization, The Station helps foster walkability, economic activity, and meaningful community connections.
The Plaza
In September 2023, we acquired the neighboring Dublin shopping center and undertook a comprehensive 55,000-square-foot renovation to reposition the property as a modern, community-serving retail destination. Through strategic capital improvements including façade enhancements, storefront renovations, new roofing, updated signage, and tenant improvements, we transformed an underperforming asset into The Plaza, strengthening both its market relevance and long-term viability. The redevelopment was further supported by a thoughtful repositioning of the tenant mix, creating a stronger blend of retail, dining, service, and community-oriented uses that complement the broader vision of Dublin Town Center.
The Square
The Square represents the adaptive reuse and restoration of the former Dublin Pants Factory, a historic industrial building that once served as a major employment center within the community. Through a phased redevelopment effort, the property was transformed into a fully occupied mixed-use destination featuring food and beverage operators, local retailers, health and wellness businesses, and professional office space under one roof. By preserving the building's historic character while introducing modern commercial uses, The Square has become a catalyst for investment, economic activity, and community gathering within Dublin Town Center.
